Yep, the famed SOS my dad would make us for breakfast.

Toast any kind of bread.  Butter it so the sauce doesn’t totally soak it

Heat up leftover, meaty spaghetti sauce and spoon on top of toast

Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese, if you’d like.  I add it now but growing up, no cheese, just sauce.

And there you have it, breakfast in a flash.
